Rubina H Ali is a distinguished individual with a diverse range of expertise and a strong commitment to social development and global peace. Born in Pakistan and raised in London, Australia, and the USA, Rubina has been exposed to various cultures and environments throughout her life. While she has lived in different countries, she spent a significant portion of her years
in the USA.
Rubina hails from a long lineage of educators, being the fourth generation in her family to be involved in the field of education. Drawing from her rich background, she has made remarkable contributions in multiple domains.
The Early Years
As a strategic planner, project manager, including strategic vision, field team leadership, development and implementation of work plans, overseeing operational budgets, performance monitoring plans, liaising with the mission, government officials, donors, investors, diplomats, and partner organizations, identifying and mitigating program risks, ensuring achievement of project results and objectives to improve access to finance, promote investment, develop commercial/social sector, and encourage economic growth. Her expertise includes 36 years of progressively responsible international development experience in managing and implementing large financial sector, social sector and/or private sector development programs as well as project director of multinational technical assistance teams for finance and donor-funded projects of similar magnitude and complexity, particularly in transitional, conflict, or post-conflict countries and her services include expansion of financial services, regulatory strengthening, access to finance, investment promotion, private and social sector development working directly with host country ministries, innovation and technology research units of the country, financial systems, and direct assistance implementation mechanisms.
She is a merger, acquisition, and negotiating specialist, with a remarkable track record of bringing about successful outcomes in complex situations.
As a corporate person in USA have worked on tourism, general insurance, accounting, audit and ran tax firms for individual, corporate and estate planning. Seminars and workshops on various topics as well as Federal Business Loans (USA) SBA technical assistance for the clients.
Furthermore, Rubina is a global financial expert with expertise in commercial loan brokering, International Real Estate, and US tax consultancy, including personal, corporate, and estate taxation. Her extensive knowledge in these areas has helped numerous clients manage their financial affairs effectively.
Rubina's commitment to public service is evident through her involvement in various roles. She has served as a government-licensed auditor for Medicare and Medicaid payments in the US home healthcare and primary healthcare
facilities sector. Rubina is also a licensed US general insurance broker and a travel specialist.

She has served as a diplomat - Accredited Ambassador for Pakistan - World Humanity Commission, leveraging her skills in international relations and diplomacy to foster positive connections between nations.
Rubina's technical team expertise in donor-funded projects, particularly in transitional, conflict, or post-conflict countries, is invaluable. As the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the World Humanity Commission, she collaborates with foreign, finance, and investment/planning ministries of various countries to
establish embassies for peace and humanity, while connecting them with global development projects aligned with the UN SDGs.
Rubina's influence as an advisor extends to governments and political leaders worldwide, where she actively contributes to the development and progress of nations. She serves as a board director, partner, asset manager & governing council member for several universities, bringing her wealth of experience and insights to academia.
As per her expertise, "I would like to bring social and investment sector funding and financing for both sectors to participate in the sustainable development of the Earth (Sustainable Planet). It’s my utmost desire to develop communities and bring peace and prosperity to the globe with the right group of stakeholders."
Work as a Diplomat and Global Bridge-Building
She has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America, holding roles such as Scouts Fair Chairperson and Cub Master. Rubina is also the founder of a senior citizen community development organization in USA, contributing to the well-being and quality of life for senior citizens.
In her dedication to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting small businesses, Rubina has become a certified technical expert for US federal government small business loans. She volunteered at the Entrepreneurship Help Office, offering her expertise to aspiring entrepreneurs.
As a founding president of NGO/Trust/Not for Profit organization in USA, Pakistan and Africa have worked on many social sector projects of Balochistan and Pakistan government to develop human resources through technical and vocational centers training approximately 20,000 to 30,000 youth and adults, quality education through schools ECHD/Primary/Middle/High and institute, quality health through government District Health Quarter hospitals governance/monitoring, nursing/para medical schools and clinics, peace advocacy/interfaith harmony, agriculture center for value added products, latest technology, climate change, renewable energy, women empowerment, and business technical center to promote small enterprises, industry infrastructure and global marketing. Through the humanitarian process worked on awareness of youth violence and women violence extremism, curriculum delivery, policy and procedures for education institutes are also part of our organization’s work. Managed and operated many health facilities with provincial government along with their nursing schools.
As a specialist in social sector development, Rubina is the founder of the Global Learning Trust, a trust dedicated to promoting education and learning opportunities worldwide. Through this organization, she has been actively involved in empowering communities and individuals through education and launching awareness campaigns for UN SDG's.
Rubina's wide-ranging expertise extends to strategic planning for
infrastructure projects in collaboration with government departments and retired forces.
Rubina's passion for healthcare led her to specialize in integrated community health worker programs and manage technical health training institutes in partnership with government hospitals.
As a peace and conflict negotiator, Rubina has shown exceptional skills in managing delicate situations in extreme areas borders of Afghanistan and Balochistan.

Additionally, Rubina has excelled as a corporate executive, serving as the Founder and CEO of the Fairmont Royal Group of Companies. Rubina H Ali is not only a successful and accomplished individual but also a person of exceptional integrity and generosity. Her Single-Member Company allocates 5 percent of its net profits to its main team - the family of 3.
The remaining 95 percent is directed towards achieving a significant return on investment 25% (ROI) and funding initiatives aimed at developing countries through her sister organizations, the Global Learning Trust and the Universal Peace and Prosperity Alliance.
